Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD18-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_beta, and Notch1. Each is linked with RAD18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD18-to-partner and partner-to-RAD18 results are reported.
