RAD17P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD17P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,109 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD17P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MLPH, AGR3, and PDXDC1. Each is linked with RAD17P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD17P1-to-partner and partner-to-RAD17P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD17P1 versus MLPH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD17P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD17P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
