RAD17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,715 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SREK1, TBCA, and NLN. Each is linked with RAD17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD17-to-partner and partner-to-RAD17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD17 versus SREK1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
