Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRE, KRTAP1-1, and TRPC5. Each is linked with RAD17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD17-to-partner and partner-to-RAD17 results are reported.
