Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAD1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher RAD1 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and PDAC show a favorable association.

GBM, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RAD1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
