Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 954 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP415, and MTA2. Each is linked with RAD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RAD1 results are reported.
