RAD1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with RAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RAD1 results are reported.
