Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,949 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic recombination checkpoint signaling, Protein localization to nuclear inner membrane, and Negative regulation of nuclear division. Each is linked with RAD1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RAD1 results are reported.
