Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RACGAP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RACGAP1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RACGAP1 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RACGAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.

BLCA and LIHC are the cancer types where RACGAP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
