RACGAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RACGAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,042 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RACGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, GINS1, and MYBL2. Each is linked with RACGAP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RACGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RACGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RACGAP1 versus CDKN3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RACGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RACGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
