Across TCGA cell cohorts, RACGAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,171 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RACGAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and Positive regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with RACGAP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RACGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RACGAP1 results are reported.
