Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,865 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2RB, IL21R, and MAP4K1. Each is linked with RAC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAC2-to-partner and partner-to-RAC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAC2 versus IL2RB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
