RABL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,933 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT1, TRAF2, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with RABL6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABL6-to-partner and partner-to-RABL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
