Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABL6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,586 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are INIP, TMEM245, and GLE1. Each is linked with RABL6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABL6-to-partner and partner-to-RABL6 results are reported.
