RABL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,180 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA5, UMPS, and WASL. Each is linked with RABL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABL3-to-partner and partner-to-RABL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABL3 versus UBA5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
