RABL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,948 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF2RB, HCK, and DSE. Each is linked with RABL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABL3-to-partner and partner-to-RABL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABL3 versus CSF2RB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
