Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 146 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, LINC01899, and MIR6857. Each is linked with RABL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABL3-to-partner and partner-to-RABL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02559 grouped by RABL3-low versus RABL3-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
