Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RABL2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RABL2B data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RABL2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RABL2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where RABL2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
