Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RABL2B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RABL2B data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher RABL2B mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RABL2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PDAC, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RABL2B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
