Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RABIF Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RABIF data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RABIF Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RABIF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and LGG are the cancer types where RABIF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
