Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABIF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,578 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEX11B, ANXA9, and GGPS1. Each is linked with RABIF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABIF-to-partner and partner-to-RABIF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
