Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABIF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C76, RNU6-1336P, and PGAM1P1. Each is linked with RABIF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABIF-to-partner and partner-to-RABIF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
