Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RABGGTA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RABGGTA data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RABGGTA Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RABGGTA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RABGGTA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
