Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RABGGTA mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RABGGTA data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RABGGTA mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RABGGTA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and OV show a favorable association.

UCEC, OV, and CCRCC are the cancer types where RABGGTA mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
