Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABGAP1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,053 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABGAP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXF2, SUCLA2P2, and RHBDD3. Each is linked with RABGAP1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGAP1L-to-partner and partner-to-RABGAP1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXF2 grouped by RABGAP1L-low versus RABGAP1L-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABGAP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABGAP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
