RABEPK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABEPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,227 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABEPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRUB2, PTGES2, and FXN. Each is linked with RABEPK in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABEPK-to-partner and partner-to-RABEPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABEPK versus TRUB2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABEPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABEPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
