Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABEPK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,879 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABEPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-49P, ANKRD26P2, and CYCTP. Each is linked with RABEPK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABEPK-to-partner and partner-to-RABEPK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-49P grouped by RABEPK-low versus RABEPK-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABEPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABEPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
