Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RABEP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RABEP2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RABEP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RABEP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, BRCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where RABEP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
