Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABEP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,268 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC2, TICRR, and LINC01422. Each is linked with RABEP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABEP2-to-partner and partner-to-RABEP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABEP2 versus EXOSC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
