RABEP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RABEP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTB1, OR1L3, and OR13C8. Each is linked with RABEP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABEP2-to-partner and partner-to-RABEP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DMRTB1 grouped by RABEP2-low versus RABEP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
