RABAC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABAC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,207 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABAC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAFAH1B3, PLEC_S1581, and PLEC_S1732. Each is linked with RABAC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABAC1-to-partner and partner-to-RABAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABAC1 versus PAFAH1B3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
