Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABAC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,371 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2, N4BP2L1, and GMPPA. Each is linked with RABAC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABAC1-to-partner and partner-to-RABAC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABAC1 versus BCL2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
