Across TCGA cell cohorts, RABAC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,817 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABAC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, GDP-mannose biosynthetic process, and Retrograde vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with RABAC1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABAC1-to-partner and partner-to-RABAC1 results are reported.
