The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RAB9B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB9B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where RAB9B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
