Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB9AP5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAB9AP5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RAB9AP5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB9AP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
LIHC and ESCA are the cancer types where RAB9AP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
