Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB9AP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAB9AP3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RAB9AP3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB9AP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where RAB9AP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
