Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB9AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB9AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRNA4, RBBP8, and SLC35A2. Each is linked with RAB9AP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB9AP1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB9AP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHRNA4 grouped by RAB9AP1-low versus RAB9AP1-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB9AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB9AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
