RAB8A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,471 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB8A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2A, PARP14, and DDX39A. Each is linked with RAB8A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB8A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB8A versus GATAD2A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
