RAB8A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB8A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,700 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAMSAP2, RXYLT1, and WDR35. Each is linked with RAB8A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB8A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB8A versus CAMSAP2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
