RAB8A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB8A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with RAB8A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB8A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by RAB8A-low versus RAB8A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
