Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,044 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB8A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic chromosome condensation, Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate. Each is linked with RAB8A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB8A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB8A results are reported.
