Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB6D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB6D data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RAB6D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB6D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where RAB6D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
