Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB6A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB6A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RAB6A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB6A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RAB6A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
