RAB6A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,288 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB6A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPME1, POLD1, and RSF1. Each is linked with RAB6A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB6A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB6A versus PPME1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
