Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB6A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,301 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR2, RAC2, and GYPC. Each is linked with RAB6A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB6A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB6A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB6A versus CCR2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
