RAB6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,923 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXN2, SLC25A17, and KIAA0586. Each is linked with RAB6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB6A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXN2 grouped by RAB6A-low versus RAB6A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
