Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,287 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB6A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus, Endosomal transport, and Regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with RAB6A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB6A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB6A results are reported.
