Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB5IF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,333 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB5IF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DLGAP4_T915, TMCO1, and CIR1. Each is linked with RAB5IF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5IF-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5IF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB5IF versus DLGAP4_T915 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
