Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB5IF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,988 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB5IF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTLN, EIF2S2, and CFAP58. Each is linked with RAB5IF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5IF-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5IF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB5IF versus CNTLN in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB5IF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB5IF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
