The most reproducible RAB5IF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of smooth muscle cell differentiation, Protein localization to mitochondrion, and Cell redox homeostasis. Each is linked with RAB5IF in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5IF-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5IF results are reported.
